At Skillway.ai, we strive to ensure every user has a valuable and positive learning experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.


1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day refund window for all paid subscriptions and membership purchases.

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date only if:

  • You have completed fewer than 10 AI interview sessions, question sets, or exercises, and
  • You have not previously requested a refund for the same account.

If these conditions are not met, your refund request will not be approved.


2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at help.skillway@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • The date of purchase
  • A brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund

We will review your request within 3–5 business days and notify you of the outcome via email.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 7 calendar days from the purchase date
  • Accounts that have used 10 or more interview sessions or exercises
  • Dissatisfaction with hiring results, interview outcomes, or personal progress
  • Refund requests from users who have violated our Terms of Service, including account sharing or misuse

4. Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments

If you notice a duplicate charge or unauthorized transaction, please contact us immediately.

Once verified, we will issue a full refund for the incorrect charge within a reasonable timeframe.


5. Chargebacks and Account Termination

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or credit card provider without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
